February Focus: Gentle Awakening and Intentional Growth

  As we shift from the depths of winter into the early stirrings of spring, February offers a moment of transition-an opportunity to nurture both our  physical and mental selves in preparation for the warmer months ahead. Much  like the earth, which is slowly beginning to emerge from its winter  dormancy, we too can embrace the subtle changes that mark the start of the  season. The Natural Awakening February marks the delicate boundary between the final months of winter and  the early signs of spring. The snowdrops push through the ground, bulbs  begin to break through the earth, and the first tender rays of sunlight coax  the land from its slumber. These early signs of growth are mirrored within  ourselves as we notice the increasing length of daylight-both in the morning  and evening.
