  "The Power of Yet" is a concept centered around adopting a growth mindset. It emphasises that abilities and intelligence can be developed with time and effort. Instead of believing that you can’t do something, people using "yet" understand that they might not be able to do it *yet*. When working with clients I often hear ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I cant loose weight’, ‘I can’t stop smoking’ ‘I can’t    run round the block’ ‘I cant pass my exams’ ‘I can’t let go’ ‘I can’t be happy’  These statements become core beliefs that overtime become the narration of your life story. By repeating these statements over time, they become ingrained as a way of being and expectation and can limit your own belief system.
