Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping therapy, is a holistic healing practice that uses a combination of acupressure and psychology to relieve physical and emotional pain. EFT is based on the principle that the mind and body are interconnected, and that unresolved emotional issues can manifest as physical symptoms. The technique involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or condition.
