Can Past life regression help you in the present?

Image
Past life regression is a technique used to uncover and explore memories and experiences from past lives. It is a practice that has been studied extensively by psychologists, scientists, and spiritual practitioners alike. In this blog post, we will delve into the history of past life regression, how it works, what's involved in a session, how it helps, and what to expect during a Past Life Regression.  The concept of past lives can be traced back to ancient spiritual and religious traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism. These traditions believe in the concept of reincarnation, where a soul passes through a series of lives and deaths in a cycle of birth and rebirth until it achieves enlightenment. Modern past life regression techniques were popularized by psychologist and hypnotherapist Dr. Brian Weiss, who began using hypnosis to explore past lives with his patients in the late 20th century. Since then, past life regression has become a popular technique used by spiritua...

Boundaries and how they change relationships.

Image
I’ve recently shared in a previous blog about why boundaries are important in therapy and in the client, therapist therapeutic relationship. However what I didn’t share is the impact and fallout they may hold. Boundaries apply to all aspects of life and our relationships, not just in therapy. Firstly each of our boundaries differ to each other. Some are firm and apparent, clear and concise. Whilst others may be blurred and loose, changing at whim and confusing to those trying to adhere to them . So to elicit a clear boundary first you must draw them and begin to implement them.  This takes constant application, even when it’s easier to drop them or to simply relax them as it’s hard to keep momentum initially,  however over time and eventually those around you begin to understand and respect them. The key to sustaining a good boundary is to sit and decide what is right for you, what are your limits and in your comfort zone anything outside of that is beyond your boundary...

They are created by infusing flowers in water and then diluting the mixture with alcohol. Created by Dr. Edward Bach who was a renowned physician who was known for his groundbreaking work in the field of vibrational healing. He devoted his life to discovering and developing natural remedies that would help individuals overcome various emotional and mental imbalances, and promote overall wellness. Bach was born in 1886 and grew up in Birmingham, England. In 1906, he began his studies in medicine at the University of Birmingham, where he distinguished himself as a top student. After completing his medical training, Bach pursued a research fellowship in bacteriology, and worked in a variety of hospitals and clinics throughout the United Kingdom. Despite his exceptional success as a physician, Bach became increasingly ...

What is Clinical Hypnotherapy and who can it help?

Image
Clinical hypnotherapy has become increasingly popular among people looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. It's a technique that involves hypnosis, a state of consciousness in which the mind is focused and receptive to suggestion. In this blog post, we will explore the history of hypnotherapy, how it works, what's involved in a session, how it helps, and what to expect. Hypnotherapy can be traced back to ancient times, when it was used for various purposes such as healing, spiritual rituals, and divination. The ancient Greeks, Egyptians,  all had variations of hypnosis as a therapeutic tool. The modern history of hypnotherapy began in the 18th century with the work of Franz Mesmer, an Austrian physician who believed in the power of an invisible force he called "animal magnetism." Mesmer used various techniques, including hypnosis, to treat his patients. His ideas were later discredited by the medical establishment, but the concept of hypnosis as a ther...
